Children and Youth

Children

We are a church that loves to welcome children and families from our local area, helping them to connect with each other, and with God!
Children’s Church runs every week at St Paul’s church unless it is All-Age Worship. All children come into church for the beginning of the service before departing for their groups which are as follows:

• Climbers (up to and including Year 1)
• Explorers (Year 2 to Year 5)
• Trekkers (Year 6 upwards)

The children and their leaders have fun as they grow in faith through a mix of worship, games, drama, craft, sharing and prayer times. We also enjoy Children’s Church social trips to places like Ribchester Park so that parents, carers and children can all get to know each other better.
All-Age Worship takes place on the 2nd and the 5th Sundays of the month. This is a family-friendly service to which all are welcome. A craft activity for the children usually takes place during the latter part of the service and the children love going up to the front at the end to show everyone what they have made.

Youth

Our lively and growing youth group meet every Friday during term time in St Paul’s Church between 5-6pm.

We get together to play games, encourage each other, think about the Christian faith and eat. Do join us if you’re in Secondary School, we’d love to welcome you.
